3. Ordering Process

All orders placed through the Service are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact the recipient.

6. Substitution Policy

Flowers are perishable agricultural products subject to availability. If certain flowers become unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of comparable value and quality without prior notice.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for unsatisfactory products must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bloom Haven or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
